Welcome, everyone, to my first blog. Last sunday, I attended a bridal show at Cocoa Civic Center and the Porcher House in Cocoa Villiage, Cocoa, Florida. We had a beautiful day and many brides turned out to see what we had to offer. This was a good opportunity for me to show my flowers and sample bouquets to prospective brides and explain why my flowers are so special. When I explain to the brides, their fiancee and/or mothers, Maid of Honor and others, that these flowers are specially treated to be preserved to last a long time, they are amazed to see how beautiful they are, how soft they are to the touch and how much they look like fresh. Their expressions are always the same. One of surprize and wonderment. They just can't believe that these flowers will not wilt or die on their wedding day and that they will have their bouquets to take home after their wedding to cherish for a long time to come. Bridal shows are a good way for brides to see what is out there as far as vendors, get to meet them face to face and maybe even pick a few that they would like to meet with after the bridal show for more information.
