Every special occasion is unique. For that reason, Liz Ann strives for excellence and pays very close attention to detail for every order that she designs. Your satisfaction is our goal. To provide the very best in service to everyone, our terms and conditions are as follows:
PLACING AN ORDER: At the time an order is placed, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This is to assure that the flowers needed will be ordered in plenty of time and that your event is scheduled on Liz Ann’s calendar with sufficient time reserved to complete your order. Once an event is scheduled, Liz Ann cannot give this time to anyone else, thus assuring that your special occasion will receive all the attention that it requires and deserves.
2. The remainder of the balance is to be paid in full 4 weeks before the order is scheduled to be completed.
3. Every effort is made by Liz Ann to meet the customer’s expectations to avoid any changes. During your consultation, Liz Ann will obtain information regarding the style of the dresses, the overall theme of the event, the colors and style of the bouquets desired and the special touches that make your flowers unique to your occasion such as ribbons, pearls, crystals, feathers, pins, use of lace collars, bouquet holders, how the handles are wrapped etc. This is to assure that Liz Ann visualizes exactly what the customer wants so that there are no surprises. Once the order is placed, any changes made to the order will incur a change order fee. The fee is dependent upon the changes requested and the flowers required. You will be notified of the change order fee before any changes are made to the bouquet or floral arrangement. For those orders that are being shipped, a photo of the bouquet/flowers will be sent via e-mail so that the customer can see them in advance.
4. PAYMENT: We accept cash, personal checks or money orders or payment via PayPal. Any returned check will incur a $25.00 fee plus any additional bank charges.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped Fed-Ex Express Service, usually two weeks before the wedding date. Expected delivery date will be provided to you in advance and tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. Charges for shipping and handling will be quoted prior to shipment. All orders are prepared for shipment with the upmost care and special handling. We guarantee that our orders leave our studio in top quality. It is highly recommended that you open boxes upon arrival to check for damage and report any damage to us immediately. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We do not ship internationally at this time.
6. REFUNDS: Because all bouquets, corsages, boutonniere, centerpieces and floral arrangements are custom designed especially for each customer per their specifications, there are no returns or refunds. Liz Ann makes every attempt to provide the flowers per customers requirements and very detailed photos are sent to the customer prior to shipment for approval. Liz Ann pays attention to the smallest details and will question the customer about her preferences extensively to assure that the customer receives the item that she desires.
